Sigmat deliver double block student accommodation for GRAHAM Construction.
Located in the West End of Edinburgh, the project will spread across two separate buildings delivered over 7 and 4 storeys. The development will provide 249 student beds which overlook the Water of Leith with soft landscaping used to connect accommodation to the riverbank.
Working on site for GRAHAM Construction, the Sigmat team delivered an impressive 4,220 linear metres of panels across the two blocks, to an 18week programme.
Erecting two blocks simultaneously on a space-restricted site, presented challenges but theSigmat team delivered.
All in all, it was a pleasure to work with Sigmat in what was a very challenging environment. The management team were hands on and pro-active in everything they did and I look forward to working with you again.
