Featuring bold design, with SigDeck trapezoidal decking featuring as part of the contemporary apartment design, CITU offers modern design coupled with sustainable technology for reduced carbon footprint living.
With the inherent green credentials of LGSF, Sigmat steel frame was a natural choice for the 10 storey apartment development. Featuring 108 contemporary living spaces, with one or two bedroom apartments, all with South facing balconies. Sigmat provided 3300 linear metres of panels, a total GIFA of 8162m2, the building itself features just one lift shaft and one flight of stairs throughout.
It’s been great working with such an environmentally-focussed company who share the same values as Sigmat. The 10 storey apartment block is part of their wider sustainable living scheme. This was first scheme installing windows on site. This minimises need for follow-on trade and reduces water ingress. I'm excited to see how CITU transforms urban living, with their focus on sustainable, climate-friendly developments.
