Sigmat provide frame for Monkfish Construction Management’s first LGSF scheme in Nottingham

The Sigmat team are on site at Lace Market in Nottingham for a new 91 apartment development with Monkfish Construction Management. Embracing the offsite advantage of MMC and in particular the Sigmat LGSF solution, Monkfish Construction Management will provide unique, high-end living for residents in their first Build-to-Rent scheme. Aiming to bring a new way of renting to Nottingham to cater to the needs of “generation rent” with high quality accommodation.

The development, which consists of 10 floors overall, is due to take the Sigmat team 35 weeks on site. The residential development will also include communal facilities, basement parking and a commercial unit.

The project involves the construction of mixed use residential and commercial units including office space and gym facilities. 121 bathroom pods.
