Sigmat Secure Retirement Homes in Weymouth

Sigmat are delighted to announce that we have secured the supply Manufacture and installation for the Light Gauge Structural Steel Frame and the Hotrolled Transfer structure for North Quay retirement Apartments with McCarthy and Stone Retirement Living.

The Development of 43 one and two bedroom retirement apartments is situated on North Quay in Weymouth, the site of the former fire station. The Building will be situated in a prominent position overlooking Weymouth Marina and adjacent to the ASDA superstore.

Design and detailing of the structural frame is underway with our onsite construction programme due to start in July 2014.
