Rapid install of 1,100m2 of panels installed every 2 weeks, and less dependent on adverse weather, means on site programme surety.
Commencement of Follow-on Trades
Nature of build allows follow-on trades to commence earlier, therefore speeding up the overall onsite build time. Bathroom and plasterboard packs can be craned into position by the Sigmat team to aid this.
Water Management Solutions
Extensive investment in water management solutions ensuring significantly reduced water ingress during build programme to maintain target completion dates.
Varied External Wall Finishes
Sigmat external wall panel can be adapted to accommodate a variety of external wall finishes, from traditional brick through to more contemporary looks and finishes. Sigmat external wall panels have been tested for thermal, acoustic and fire protection up to 2 hour duration.
Scaffold-free Edge Protection
Sigmat's SigSafe edge protection enables faster construction without the inherent delays and costs associated with traditional scaffolding. The edge protection is moved up each floor of the building as work proceeds. At roof level the edge protection will be left in place for the benefit of following trades.
