Sigmat commence on third McCarthy Stone development
Following two successful schemes at Hexham and Broadstairs, the Sigmat team are commencing with the latest McCarthy Stone project at Gosforth. As part of the framework agreement, Warminster, Maghull, Stratford and now Gosforth are all due to be completed by Summer 2023.
The 11-week programme will commence on site this month, delivering a 3-storey block with 29 apartments. The project will see the redevelopment of a disused site in Gosforth, transforming it to offer high-quality, sustainable retirement living apartments.
