Sigmat joins forces with forward-thinking ROK group to provide 184 new homes in Jersey
We are excited to announce our new project with ROK Group and Andium Homes for the development of 184 new apartments in Jersey. The project, Northern Quarter, will see the demolishment of an existing warehouse and the development of much needed housing, with 169 of the homes available as affordable social housing.
Located next to Grand Marche and opposite Millennium Town Park, Sigmat will build across 4 blocks, providing a 418T transfer structure.
The residential scheme contributes to Andium Homes target of providing 3000 news homes by 2030. Utilising MMC, the business recognises the potential benefits of offsite construction, and the subsequent sustainability benefits this brings too.
The Sigmat team are currently working with the Clients project team developing the most sustainable and economical solution and targeting to be on site Q3 of 2023.
