Project Update: Lower Steenberg’s Yard
Working on behalf of ESH Group, Sigmat team are on site to deliver a new 5-storey building which will soon house 28 stylish two and three-bedroom homes. With outdoor terraces, views of the river and four commercial units, Lower Steenberg’s Yard is the second phase in the regeneration of the Ouseburn Valley.
With the ground floor consisting of four commercial units, the scheme adds to the appeal of the Ouseburn Valley with the toffee factory a few minutes’ walk away.
Sigmat team are on site, due to complete before the end of Summer, installing 1,310 linear metres of light gauge steel panels, 13 sets of Sigmat steel staircases and 930m2 hot rolled transfer structure.
