Sigmat secure new Student scheme with Watkin Jones
Sigmat's secure new Student scheme with Watkin Jones PAW structures over recent months been very busy assisting our client, Watkin Jones, on several student accommodation schemes.
Recent completed projects include a 350 room student scheme in Stockwell Green London; 150 room student accommodation scheme at Gateway Theatre Edinburg along with early stage budgets on a number of proposed schemes earmarked for later 2013 and early 1014.
This new secured 140 Student Rooms student scheme at St Clements is due on site late summer, Oxford pictured below.
The scheme includes communal and associated areas and continues to underline PAW’s and Watkin Jones commitment to remaining at the forefront of student residential in the UK.
This is also great news in the current market place demonstrating PAW’s belief in building long term supply partnerships and our commitment to longevity through repeat business within the industry.
