Sigmat secure place on NH3 MMC framework agreement
We are pleased to announce that we have been successful in securing a place on NH3 MMC Framework Agreement for delivery of much needed housing in the UK. The framework will run across England, Scotland and Wales in a bid to address challenges in the sector.
Aiding the construction of a range of different housing types, NH3 covers low- and medium to high rise dwellings through to specialist accommodation such as care homes. It will support the increase of modern methods of construction (MMC) in contracts and help to deliver low and net-zero carbon homes with high levels of pre-manufactured value.
We are delighted to see the government supporting MMC and Offsite Construction. We look forward to contributing to a number of low-carbon, modern homes across the country. By utilising MMC and offsite methods, we are able to produce cost efficient and sustainable homes for the communities that need them.
