Sigmat is once again working with main contractor Willmott Dixon Construction on a second Urban Resort hotel scheme for developer Village Hotels in Bristol.
Following the successful collaboration with Willmott Dixon on the build of a Village Hotel in Portsmouth, work has commenced on a new hotel which is part of Village Hotel’s rapid growth with 29 hotels in the UK and with plans to double their portfolio over the next five years.
Sigmat will provide the load bearing light gauge steel frame superstructure for the building, again utilising their four step solution approach from design, manufacture and assembly through to installation.
Sigmat Contracts Director, Paul Smith, commented: "Our in-house, managed, approach provides risk management, logistical and speed advantages to main contactors.
