Sigmat secure 2 new Student accommodation Projects due on site in July 2012

We are pleased to announce Sigmat have secured the construction of a new 92 bed student accommodation in Vauxhall for Multibuild.
Ground works are underway and the structure is due to commence in July 2012
Nottingham Trent University's Byron House development.
We are also pleased to announce Sigmat have secured the construction of five blocks of student accommodation for Vinci Construction. The structures will provide 911 beds with a mixture of studios and cluster beds.
Work to create these £57.2 million new student residences has begun and the our structure is due to commence in July 2012
